This colourful and elegant Tawulo hand towel was designed and woven by Mungo, a team of artisanal master weavers based in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa.
Consisting of 100% cotton, this flat-weave towel is lightweight, highly absorbent, and quick drying. Each towel is individually handled and woven on an antique 100-year-old loom to produce a gorgeous product that will stand the test of time. The Tawulo’s beautiful muted tones will add texture and character to its surroundings, whether used as a hand towel in the bathroom or as a kitchen towel.
From design to completion, the journey of each Mungo product passes through the hands of a highly-skilled team of weavers, inspectors, and seamstresses, ensuring that every single product is quality-controlled and expertly finished.
