Rudraksha beads have their roots in Hindu mythology and have been used and worn in India as prayer beads for millennia. Your rainbow moonstones were cut in Jaipur, whose rich stone-cutting tradition goes back to the 18th century, when the founder of the city, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, invited the best jewelers and stone-cutters from across India to Jaipur to embellish the new metropolis. Jaipur’s gemstone and jewelry-making industries remain world-renowned today. Rainbow moonstone is a deeply spiritual stone that strengthens natural intuition. It protects us against negative energies, promoting harmony, balance, and stability. Channeling the magical iridescence of a rainbow, the stone is cleaning, inspiring, and restorative.
