This soft and airy, classic flat-weave Aegean hand towel was designed and woven by Mungo, a team of artisanal master weavers based in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa.
Consisting of 100% organic cotton, this towel is lightweight, highly absorbent, and quick drying, making it the perfect hand towel. Each towel is individually handled and woven on an antique 100-year-old loom to produce a gorgeous and versatile product that will stand the test of time.
From design to completion, the journey of each Mungo product passes through the hands of a highly-skilled team of weavers, inspectors, and seamstresses, ensuring that every single product is quality-controlled and expertly finished. Committed to ethical trading, Mungo sources only the highest quality natural fibres and is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard.
