If you need to make a change or cancel your order please contact our customer service at email@example.com. We try to process our orders in the shortest amount of time so please contact us as a soon as possible if you would like to make a change and we will do our best to help you.
We accept payments from credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and from Paypal.
We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as we can, usually within three working days. During holidays, this may take a little longer. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

Domestic shipping is free on all orders over 500 NIS!
For domestic orders below 500 NIS and all international orders the following shipping rates apply:
Israel: 30 NIS
Standard: 60 NIS (Approx, 17 USD)
Express: 130 NIS (Approx. 37 USD)
If you are purchasing online from outside Israel, you may be charged custom duties and taxes outside of the overall shipping cost – these fees rest with the customer and we advise contacting your local customs office for further information.
Our collection has been designed and crafted with extreme care and attention to detail. Due to elements of our products being handmade variations will naturally occur from item to item. We hope you love your new NAMA items however if you wish to return your order, we will issue a full refund or exchange providing:
The item/s are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused
The items must be returned in their original packaging
Original invoice is included with the return for proof of purchase
Your order is returned to us within 14 days from its delivery date
Any items that do not meet this criteria will not be valid for returns.
We cannot be held responsible for missing returned packages so please send your return using a registered postal service. Postage costs to send back returns are covered by the customer. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items unless they are faulty upon receipt.

If the returned item/s meets our return policy conditions you will receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment providers.

Yes we do! Please note that orders from outside Israel may suffer additional duty charges according to local custom regulation, while all domestic orders are free of additional duty charges.
